MID-WEEK PRACTICE BULLETIN

This is it, the Finale of Season 11 of the Ricmotech World Challenge. We have seen huge improvements this season so let's be sure to end on a high note. Yes, there will be pressure to earn those final championship points. But don't ruin a season of good work (and start your next season with DIP penalties already hanging over your head - yes, they carry-over) with poor decision making on Monday.

Be sure you use practice this week and on Sunday to really make sure you understand what the closing speeds are at different points in the track. You should know that if you are a GT3 driver and you glance at your relative at the start finish line, and there's a GTP 8 second back, they are going to catch you by corner X and you can be expecting it. Similarly, the prototype drivers should have a sense that, if I'm 8 seconds back of a GT3 at the start finish line, I'm likely to catch them by turn X and plan your approach accordingly. Please give some particular attention to side-by-side mixed class racing in Turns 3, 5, 6 and the bus stop. Practice it because it is going to happen.
