Welcome to Round 3 of the RWC Season 11 Championship!

Round 3 of the Ricmotech World Challenge is going to challenge your endurance for a 90-minute race on Monday night, testing drivers to properly plan their fuel use and pit stops, manage tire wear, and test your concentration. Please try to make time on Sunday to join one of the 4 hosted practice sessions so you get to know the other drivers in the league and the passing situations you will encounter on Monday. Don't just hot-lap - we encourage folks to speak up and organize some "pit parties" to go out and race as a group if you like. Also the Discord Drivers Meeting Room channel is available for you all to use any time.

Please join us at 7:00 pm eastern time on Monday in the practice session for some practice starts before the mandatory drivers' meeting at 7:30pm. At 7:00pm we will line up the classes on the back straight and do at least two practice starts. And we usually finish that practice by having the GT3s line up in front of the Prototypes and then running a lap or two while everyone gets some practice with mixed-class passing in heavy traffic.

We will do a small gap (approx. 3 seconds) on the start between GTP and LMP2 but the start will still be a single call for "Prototype GREEN." The gap back to GT3 will be about 5 seconds with their own green flag call. We recommend drivers leave one car length between their car and the car in front on the pace lap especially with the tricky final chicane. Please don't wreck your cars on the pace lap.

Finally, put some time into practicing following closely nose-to-tail through Eau Rouge and Blanchimont. You need to know what that looks like in practice before you deal with in during a race. Neither of those spots are wise choices for side-by-side racing if you can avoid it.
