Welcome to Round 1 of the RWC Season 11 Championship!

Thank you for joining us for Season 11 of the Ricmotech World Challenge which will kick off at the Indy Road Course. Be sure to use Sunday's practice sessions to get to know the other drivers you will be competing with and racing around this season. The practices are not just for hot lapping. We encourage drivers to collaborate on running in a pack, trying out and discussing various passing scenarios. Feel welcome to use the Discord server to chat during practices if you like. Also, make sure you practice those pit entries and exits!

A few important notes for the opening week at Indy. It is important you have your iRacing radio working so that you can hear in-race instructions from the Race Steward. We IGNORE the iRacing green - the start for the prototypes and GT3s will be called by the Race Steward. Please see the start zone graphic below....keep in mind you may not pass until after the official start line. Also, you should program your iRacing radio with channel: RSIM for "race steward instant message" as you can use that channel (and only that channel please) to notify the Race Stewards of an incident that you think they may have missed.

Finally, please join us at 7:10pm eastern time on Monday in the practice session for some practice starts before the mandatory drivers' meeting at 7:30pm. At 7:10pm we will line up the classes on the back straight and do at least two practice starts. And we usually finish that practice by having the GT3s line up in front of the Prototypes and then running a lap or two while everyone gets some practice with mixed-class passing in heavy traffic.
