Hotlap Humpday by Ricmotech is going back to the original Hotlap this year with an even shorter event to maximize the excitement! This year it is all about the online competition!
Drivers will be hotlapping in a 90-minute session to determine the fastest driver on the leaderboard and will be named the Hotlap winner for that event! For fun we will follow up the hotlap competition with a 15-minute race for bragging rights and is open to all drivers to compete.
The Humpday Challenge is streamed live on The SimPit show hosted by Shaun Cole, Kevin Ford, retired Indy Car driver Robby Unser and real-world GT3 driver Bryan Heitkotter each third Wednesday of the month. Look for the live stream on YouTube at The SimPit Channel at 6pm Eastern 10:00pm GMT to get the password.
The monthly Ricmotech Hotlap Humpday Challenge consists of an undisclosed car and track. The car and track are revealed only minutes before the event begins and can range from Oval to Road to Dirt. All Drivers are welcome to compete in the online monthly competition.
This month is an exciting and unique event as iRacers will have 90-minutes of hotlapping to determine this month's Ricmotech Hotlap Hump Day Winner. Each winner of the Hotlap competitions throughout the year will win $25.00 in RicmoBucks to spend at Ricmotech Racing Simulator Equipment | Sim-Racing Rigs & Products
